It is the cumin seed, this seed is a well-known spice for its flavour and aroma, many love it, others are not very fanatical about its flavour.

Cumin has nutrients such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, saturated fats, iron and vitamin E. This fabulous seed can be consumed in various ways, including infusion, powder, ointment or as a sedative.

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of tap water

Preparation:

  • Add the cumin seeds in tap water and leave overnight.
